Personalize your T3/TE agenda

T3/TE Agenda backgrounds

If you have a Palm Tungsten T3 or a Palm Tunsten TE you may have noticed that the "agenda" view of the calendar application uses a background picture (a blue-white gradient by default). You can easily change this background.

Changing your background

First download the Khroma application. Install it, and use it (Menu/Options/Set Screen Depth...) to change the default display color mode to 65536 colors (And check 'Make system wide'). This will improve your future background image quality.

Alternatively you can use the "Screen Prefs." preference pane. Install it, and use it (a "Screen" setting will appear in the Prefs. application) to change the default display color mode to 65536 colors.

Then, download and install the F3T3AgendaBG application. This application will enable you to change your agenda background and choose between many of them. A few backgrounds are provided.

Finally, choose an image, and use the form below to convert it to an agenda background. You will be proposed a palm PRC file to download and install on your palm. The background you created will appear in F3T3AgendaBG under the name you have chosen.

Choose an image on your computer (JPG, PNG or GIF).
NOTE: The image will be resized and cropped to a 480x480 (or 320x320 for a TE) square taken in the middle of it.
